```{index} single: Filters; ITK Laplacian Recursive Gaussian Image Filter ``` # ITK Laplacian Recursive Gaussian Image Filter Computes the Laplacian of Gaussian (LoG) of an image. ## Group (Subgroup) ITKImageFeature (ImageFeature) ## Description Computes the Laplacian of Gaussian (LoG) of an image by convolution with the second derivative of a Gaussian. This filter is implemented using the recursive gaussian filters. ### Input Parameter(s) | Parameter Name | Parameter Type | Parameter Notes | Description | |----------------|----------------|-----------------|-------------| | Sigma | Scalar Value |Float64 | Set/Get Sigma value. Sigma is measured in the units of image spacing. | | Normalize Across Scale | Bool | | Define which normalization factor will be used for the Gaussian.
